Meet the Team

Chris McGuane
Chris has worked for Spence Construction for 19 years. He started in 2004 as a crane truck driver/maintenance man despite having completed a steel apprenticeship early in his career. Upon applying for the job, he had no intention of doing any steel work. A few months later, Spence were building 5 units in Lorne and the steel work was all wrong and required changing which landed in the hands of Chris. 19 years later Chris has become Manager of STEEL360, one of his greatest achievements thus far. Chris is looking forward to witnessing the growth of the brand and the STEEL360 team, aspiring to become a prominent leader in the industry. Outside of work Chris enjoys watching the kids play sport and following local footy.
